Are your glazes safe?

Of course! Our mission is to make truly functional ceramics in a sustainable process, so all of our glazes are lead free and are developed in house, following best practices for environmental and personal safety. We do extensive testing on any new glaze to make sure it conforms to industry standards on durability and quality. All our glazes are food safe and made to last for years of daily use.

Do you take custom order requests?

At the moment, we do not take any custom orders, but we do offer custom wholesale for larger volumes of work we currently make. Check out our wholesale page for more information on the wholesale process!

Where can I buy your products in person?

Our studio is closed to the public at the moment, but we are working on partnerships with local businesses to make our work more available in 2021. 

Do you offer any wholesale?

We do! We offer two options for wholesale, purchasing from our standard inventory or designing custom work for your ceramic vision. Check out our wholesale page for more information.



How long will it take to get my order?

All our products are ready to ship. Orders are processed in 1-4 business days, so they typically arrive in about a week. For free shipping, most orders are shipped through USPS, but some larger orders are shipped UPS to help them to you faster. Express Mail can be selected for an additional charge. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates will vary depending on your location. We ship USPS Priority Mail International.



What types of payment do you accept?

We can only accept credit card payment at this time. All major credit cards are accepted, and you can also choose to do express checkout through Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. No checks, cash, or money orders accepted.
